Our education and training sessions are a combination of in-person and online workshops and webinars, aimed at making it easier for you to access the support you need, when and where you need it. Our webinars range from one to two hours and our workshops run for either a half or full day.
Our coaching and consultancy services can also be delivered either in-person or online and are best delivered one-to-one or with small groups. Session lengths can range from an hour to half a day depending on your needs.
Group therapy will involve a group of no more than ten like-minded people, meeting face-to-face for an hour each week.
Our group therapy and in-person sessions are hosted at Durham Wellness Space, these can be held at other locations upon request.

All of our services are designed to foster understanding and learning, reduce stigma, and nurture safer, more supportive environments for everyone. Whether you’re attending by yourself, or part of your workplace, it’s important to know what to expect in terms of how we treat each other during these important conversations.
